  • Couplers*
  • Decorating Tips*
  • Fondant Tools*
  • Disposable Re-useable Cloths (Handi-Wipes)
  • Bath towel
  • Pencil or Pen and Paper
  • Toothpicks
  • Scissors
  • Plastic Bags (for clean-up)
  • Small Pruning Shears (Optional)
  • Small Pencil Sharpener (Optional)
  • Small Tack Hammer (Optional)
  • Small Level (Optional)

 

Student Supply List to Prepare at Home and Bring to Class

 

  • 10” double layer cake, iced smooth on a 14” Silver Cake Base or Fanci-Foil covered Cake Board
  • Fondant or Buttercream Icing for decorations*
  • Flowers or any pre-made decorations*
  • 6” double layer cake, iced smooth on a 6” Cake Circle

 

*Items are student’s choice depending on final cake design. Items and amounts will vary. Cakes may be covered with fondant.
(Optional) Instructor will provide optional items.

During class there is time set aside for students to purchase items necessary to create their final cake, such as Dowel Rods, Separator Plates, Pillars, Toppers, and additional decorations.
